Role Focus:

• Digital Credit Scoring: Developing algorithms that use alternative data (satellite, weather, harvest history) to assess farmer credit-worthiness.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Moving theoretical financial products into the hands of millions of farmers via mobile apps.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with traditional banks and NBFCs for last-mile credit delivery.

Who Should Apply?

The ideal candidate has a background in Business Management (MBA) with a core interest in Rural Development. Previous experience in FinTech or Agri-Business is preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong analytical foundation.
